Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team in Ashburn, VA as a Patient-Centered Technician. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

We offer training, competitive pay ($22-24/hr), benefits, and opportunities to grow with our expanding center network. Travel between clinics is required, and reliable transportation is needed.

Qualificações

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
• Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel between clinic locations as needed to meet business and operational needs.
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
