Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a Patient-Centered Technician in Westlake, OH to administer TMS and esketamine therapies and maintain accurate patient records. You will support scheduling, insurance processes, and daily operations in a patient-first outpatient setting.

We offer extensive training, a collaborative team, and full-time Monday–Friday hours with shifts 7am–7pm. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience and a clinical certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, plus substantial relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; healthcare work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems; knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
