Job summary

ICCU is seeking a dedicated leader to supervise and develop the Title Processing team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant title handling while driving efficiency and member satisfaction.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT and other leaders to implement process improvements and regulatory changes that support department and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years managerial or financial institution experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage changing priorities, and collaborate with Operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Title Processing team to achieve department goals and improve processes.
• Oversee daily title processing, documentation, filing, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
• Ensure compliance with title servicing regulations and industry best practices.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and quality; manage escalated issues.
• Collaborate with IT on system changes and testing; write policies and procedures.
• Support audits, vendor management, and departmental objective setting.
