United States Digital Space LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an Operations Manager for the Auto Title Administration team. You will lead lien perfection and title management, drive performance, and scale processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role combines hands-on team leadership with strategic optimization, using data and Generative AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis and maintain quality, throughput, and control.

Qualifications

• Experience directly managing a frontline operations team in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience managing operational performance against measurable productivity, quality, or turnaround-time targets.
• Experience using operational data and performance metrics to identify issues and implement process improvements.
• Experience managing operational workflows subject to documented quality, compliance, or regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading operational process changes from identification through implementation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Title Administration Specialists, setting clear performance expectations and driving productivity, quality, and turnaround-time goals.
• Oversee lien perfection and title management operations, including aging and unresolved title exceptions, to support timely processing.
• Use operational data and performance trends to identify root causes, prioritize opportunities, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Strengthen operational controls and workflows to support compliance with state-specific regulations and policies.
• Partner across Operations, Compliance, Product, Analytics, Workforce Management, and Training to resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Use Generative AI and other tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, knowledge management, and problem-solving with human review.
