Job summary

OPENLANE in Carmel, IN is seeking a Titles Supervisor to lead our titles processing team. You will oversee title handling across states, ensure accuracy, and drive timely resolution of title issues. A minimum of 5 years in vehicle title processing and 1+ year of supervisory experience is required.

You will establish KPIs, streamline workflows, and collaborate with the Director of Titles Operations to optimize department performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle title processing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department or leading a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy and marketability.
• Establish and manage KPIs for the team and ensure department goals are met.
• Create and implement streamlined processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
