Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years of managerial or financial institution experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
• Ability to supervise Card Services operations and adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Card Services operations including posting, balancing, and reconciliation.
• Oversee card/ATM product servicing and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate across teams to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop team members and monitor performance metrics.
