Job summary

Cox Automotive in Indianapolis is seeking a Lead Business Services Specialist to oversee title processing and client interactions. The role focuses on verifying title information, resolving processing issues, and adhering to Title & Records policies.

Day shift is 10 AM–7 PM, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication. Responsibilities include mail handling, document preparation, scanning, and collaboration with Records leadership to maintain vault operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must display effective communication and customer service attitude.
• Must work under limited supervision and exercise judgement on complex issues.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years’ related experience OR higher-level degree with 5+ years’ experience OR 9 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Process/sort/deliver incoming mail.
• Prepare titles and documents for scanning.
• Scan/verify/associate titles to barcoded folders.
• File folders in secure vault repositories.
• Retrieve folders/documents from the vault.
• Print waybills and ship outgoing titles.
• Operate mail processing equipment and maintain workspace.
• Answer client questions via email, ServiceNOW, or phone; escalate when needed.
• Cross-train new and existing team members.
• Support vault/mail room operations with Records leadership.
