Job summary

OPENLANE US Inc. is seeking a Titles Supervisor to lead our title processing team. You will oversee titles from multiple states, ensure accuracy and marketability, and drive performance through KPIs and streamlined processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in vehicle title processing and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle title processing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department or leading a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy and marketability.
• Establish and manage KPIs for the team and ensure department goals are met.
• Create and implement streamlined processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
