Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and title software; strong research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with pre-processor to ensure all items fulfilled and with settlement/paralegal to ensure figures are accurate
• Record transactions by entering title and loan documents into software and track progress
• Support title officers with clerical and data entry duties
• Analyze and verify documents (leases, surveys, contracts, deeds) for clear title
• Interface with title examiner, underwriter, and loan closer to prepare title insurance and HUD-1 statements
