Brennan Title Company is seeking an experienced title processor to enhance research, analysis, and teamwork in supporting real estate mortgage transactions. The role focuses on clearing titles, ensuring accuracy, and delivering reliable documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with loan officers, processors, and underwriters, performing clerical and data entry tasks, researching title records, and communicating with relevant teams to resolve issues and produce clear titles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in real estate transactions or title processing required
• Proficiency with MS Office essential
• Notary public certification is not required but asset
• College is an asset but not required; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong research, communications, customer service and analytic skills desired

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with loan officer, processor, and underwriter to ensure closing instructions are followed and underwriting commitments met
• Provide clerical and data entry support to title officers and essential administrative duties
• Research and verify documentation like title records, ownership, deeds, leases, contracts needed for a clear title
• Communicate with pre-processor, settlement processor, and post-closing agent to resolve outstanding issues
• Collaborate with title examiner and underwriter to prepare title commitments and HUD-1 statements
