Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, is seeking a Title Specialist to secure documents for vehicle title transfers and communicate with customers.

The role involves processing titles, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with state requirements using the IAA operating system. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of state/title processing experience, knowledge of title and salvage requirements, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years State/National title processing experience.
• 2-3 years knowledge in title and salvage title requirements.
• Maintaining customer databases.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external/internal partners.
• Review and enter title work for all customers.
• Complete applications to transfer title ownership.
