Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Loan Support Specialist in Colorado to provide administrative, operational, and member-service support for loan-related documentation and collateral records. You will handle title administration, lien perfection and release, document management, and compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.

Responsibilities include posting payoffs, processing title work with DMV, maintaining title files, and assisting with inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Experience in financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post payoffs and release liens; mail out titles.
• Receive, log, and process all incoming title work with DMV.
• Maintain title documentation and follow up on outstanding titles.
• Assist in answering inquiries regarding titles.
• Coordinate with loan processing staff to ensure proper filing of liens.
• Perform quality control reviews of loan documentation.
