Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage business loan workflows, insurance tracking, and lien perfection. You will support members and staff with account guidance, oversee the loan pipeline, and coordinate closings with title offices and vendors.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accuracy in documentation, and proactive service to maximize member satisfaction and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversees MBL insurance tracking system and contacts members to obtain coverage.
• Answers calls from members and branch staff about business accounts and policies, directing requests to the right person.
• Tracks annual financial statement reviews, rate reviews, covenants, and maturities on existing business loans.
• Prepares business loan documents and ensures lien perfection per approvals and regulatory guidelines.
• Manages business loan pipeline and ensures timely handling of member requests and maturities.
• Represents the credit union at member loan closings at the Corporate office, branches, or law offices.
• Coordinates outside vendor work (appraisals, title commitments, EDRs) per closing conditions and checks for potential flags.
