Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with imaging systems and scanning equipment.
• Ability to use PC applications and basic computer systems.
• Ability to apply oral and interpersonal skills to build member confidence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review vehicle title documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Process title transfers and lien releases; maintain lien records.
• Prepare, scan, index, and manage loan servicing records.
• Respond to title document requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and state regulations; maintain confidentiality.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service and support other team members.
