Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist in Edmond, OK. You will prepare and review loan documents within our loan platform, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness for timely closings.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance and 3–5 years in a financial institution, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in lending software systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in a financial institution setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare loan documents in accordance with policy and loan approval.
Review centrally prepared loan documents prior to closing for accuracy and compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policy.
Work directly with Commercial Relationship Managers to facilitate loan closings.
Maintain an accurate loan policy waiver report.
Maintain an accurate loan-to-value exception report.
Maintain accurate tracking of HMDA reportable transactions for LAR reporting.
Assist lending staff with compliance questions.
Assist with scanning and indexing documents into Synergy.
Assist with loan advances, payments, and research.
Assist with booking and selling secondary market loans.
Assist with tracking exceptions.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
