Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail‑driven loan administrator to input and maintain loan data in core banking systems and to support daily operations. You will review reports, process payments, prepare SBA 1502 submissions, and assist Loan Officers with inquiries.

The role requires 1–2 years of loan experience, a high school diploma, and solid MS Office skills. You will handle notices, compliance tasks, and back‑office duties in a supportive, office‑based environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of loan administration or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel; basic accounting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Input and maintain loan data in core banking systems (e.g., JHA Silverlake).
• Review morning reports and perform account reconciliation.
• Prepare 1502 reporting and submit to SBA.
• Process loan payments, insurance, and prepare disbursement checks.
• Provide back-up coverage and assist Loan Officers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and banking regulations.
