Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare, review, and process loan documents for various lending products. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and state and federal laws, working closely with loan officers and bank operations to complete documentation accurately and on time.

The role requires careful attention to detail, proficiency with loan origination systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in loan operations, servicing, or similar roles.
• Understanding of TRID, Flood, UDAAP, BSA, and HMDA.
• Experience with loan origination and record retention systems.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with loan officers and operations staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter and update loan data in the loan origination system.
• Monitor and file loan documentation; support post-closing audits.
• Respond to inquiries related to loan documentation.
