Job summary

Paycom - ATS in the United States (Texas, Waco) seeks a Commercial Loan Assistant to support the lending team and manage critical loan processes. You will create and maintain loan files, coordinate closings, due diligence, and funding activities while ensuring regulatory compliance and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires banking experience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A 2+ year background in commercial lending is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create commercial loan files and maintain department files.
• Prepare and review documentation of commercial loan closings and funding information.
• Coordinate due diligence items (appraisals, inspections, etc.).
• Liaise with loan officers, customers, and third-party professionals to close loans.
• Verify wire requests and pre-closing conditions.
• Manage maturing loan lists and renewals; calendar management.
