Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to manage the daily processing and maintenance of loans within the bank’s portfolio. You will book new loans, post transactions, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting across the core system.

You will handle customer inquiries, payments, payoff quotes, and credit report requests while maintaining strict compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of loan processing function and applicable guidelines and regulations preferred.
• Experience in loan servicing, loan quality, loan operations, or loan processing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Book new loans in core software with accurate amounts, dates, and codes.
• Post transactions and reverse errors; process charge-offs and wires as needed.
• Manage loan files, renewals, modifications, and payoffs with up-to-date documentation.
• Assist customers with payments, billing, credit reports, disputes, and payoff quotes.
• Process collateral recordation, releases, disbursements for escrow taxes and insurance.
• Maintain loan portfolios in delinquency, bankruptcy, or other legal actions.
• Review and maintain related documentation and ensure retention per guidelines.
