Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Title IV-E Compliance Team Leader to oversee the Title IV-E eligibility unit, ensuring compliance with federal and state policies. You will supervise staff, lead audits, and coordinate with DCF and PCG management for compliant outcomes.

You will implement QA processes, utilize Excel and PowerBI for data analysis, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining client relationships and delivering training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; preferred related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including staff supervision.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state entitlement programs and Title IV-E rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Title IV-E eligibility team; supervise staff and activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor performance and provide training, direction, and feedback.
• Use Excel/PowerBI to respond to management requests and audits.
• Develop and maintain QA processes and participate in client meetings.
