Job summary

Public Consulting Group, a leading public sector solutions firm, is seeking a Title IV-E supervision role. The candidate will oversee a Title IV-E eligibility team, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and use data tools such as Excel and PowerBI to support DCF and PCG management requests.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced policy knowledge, and the ability to train staff while maintaining quality assurance and client relationships across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with relevant federal entitlement programs.
• Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Title IV-E case reviews for compliance.
• Direct supervision of the Title IV-E eligibility team.
• Train and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Use data tools to respond to management requests.
• Lead client meetings and trainings.
• Maintain quality assurance processes.
• Support audits and reviews.
