Job summary

Public Consulting Group is hiring a Title IV-E Quality Assurance Specialist to perform QA reviews of eligibility determinations and ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines. The role supports Wisconsin's DCF and requires strong analytical and communication skills, with remote work options and occasional travel within Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 4 years of relevant experience, including Title IV-E eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, including Title IV-E eligibility.
• Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of Title IV-E eligibility determinations using case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with Title IV-E Eligibility staff to meet federal/state compliance objectives.
• Meet weekly project goals for QA evaluation and compliance.
• Perform audits, data analysis, and trend identification on error reports.
• Travel within Wisconsin as needed to support field activities.
