Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Title IV-E Eligibility Specialist to join our Wisconsin team. The role involves reviewing case information to determine Title IV-E eligibility and applying federal rules to each file, ensuring accurate assessments and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree preference and 0–2 years of related experience, with excellent English communication and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Travel within Wisconsin, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review client records for information necessary to assess Title IV-E eligibility.
• Understand and apply the federal rules governing Title IV-E eligibility to assess each case accurately.
• Monitor performance standard measurements for Title IV-E eligibility activities.
• Provide information and technical assistance to client on revenue management activities.
• Participate in state and federal audit inquiries.
• Maintain positive working relationship with the client and colleagues.
• Foster information sharing and open discussion among colleagues.
• Travel within Wisconsin, as needed.
