The Title IV-E Quality Assurance Analyst I is a remote role working throughout Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Experience in child welfare and Title IV-E eligibility, invoicing, or policy desirable.
• Financial management and invoicing for federal/state funds experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review county Adoption Assistance, Prevention, RMTS, and Foster Care data.
• Review financial invoices for state and federal funding.
• Provide education and technical assistance to county staff.
• Travel across Pennsylvania counties to meet scheduling and staffing needs.
• Learn and apply Title IV-E eligibility and claiming policies.
