Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks a Title IV-E Quality Assurance Analyst I to support Pennsylvania's public child welfare programs remotely. You will review case files, analyze eligibility, and ensure compliance with federal and state rules.

The role covers county-level data across PA, requires 3+ years in child welfare or Title IV-E invoicing, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel 50%+ within the state. PCG offers benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting, social work, public policy, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in child welfare, Title IV-E eligibility, policy, or invoicing.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in financial management and invoicing for federal/state funds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review case files and Title IV-E materials during on-site visits to verify eligibility and compliance.
• Gather, review, and analyze county Adoption Assistance, Prevention, RMTS, and Foster Care data within PA.
• Review financial invoices for state and federal funding.
• Provide education, information, and technical assistance to county offices and eligibility staff.
• Travel throughout PA (50%+), covering geographic region as needed.
• Learn and apply federal/state policy for Title IV-E eligibility and claiming.
