Join our Human Services team to lead Title IV-E case reviews, manage the eligibility unit, and drive continuous improvement with data analytics.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and support audits, client trainings, and SOP maintenance while collaborating across teams and clients to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with federal entitlement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Title IV-E case reviews for compliance.
• Manage and supervise the Title IV-E eligibility team.
• Provide training, direction, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and policies.
• Use Excel/PowerBI to respond to management requests.
• Lead client meetings and trainings.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Support audits and reviews.
