You will supervise staff, coordinate cross‑department teams, prepare federal reports, track performance measures, and work with leadership to sustain grant‑funded practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related roles.
• Experience with grant management and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the SIP grant per the CDP.
• Supervise staff, monitor performance, ensure deliverables.
• Maintain project work plan, track milestones, evaluate progress.
• Convene Title III team meetings across departments.
• Monitor expenditures, review purchasing, ensure fiscal compliance.
• Liaise with federal Title III program officials on reporting.
• Coordinate with external evaluator for data collection and assessment.
• Prepare and submit federal performance reports and updates.
• Monitor student success initiatives and align with objectives.
• Review performance data and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate on institutionalization and sustainability plans.
• Facilitate professional development for faculty and staff.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation for grant monitoring.
• Promote Reid State Community College and its mission.
• Comply with ACCS policies and college procedures.
• Attend meetings and contribute to program success.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
