Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in project management, grant administration, higher education administration, or related field.
• Experience with federal grant administration, compliance, reporting, and budget management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Coordinate implementation of grant activities across departments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans and schedules.
• Monitor progress toward goals and prepare status reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal and institutional requirements.
