Hood College seeks a Title III SIP Coordinator to lead and manage the SIP grant, supporting retention, completion, and AI literacy initiatives. The role acts as the operational hub, ensuring activities stay on schedule, on budget, and compliant with federal and college requirements.

The Coordinator will collaborate with the Provost, Dean of Student Success, Career Center leadership, IT, and other units to advance student success infrastructure and workforce readiness during the five-year program.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in project management or related field preferred.
• Experience with federal grant administration and reporting is desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of SIP grant activities across departments.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep activities on schedule and within scope.
