Job summary

Hood College seeks a Title III SIP Coordinator to lead the five-year Strengthening Institutions Program grant focused on student retention, AI literacy, and workforce readiness. You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, reporting, and compliance, coordinating with Provost, Deans, Career Center, IT, and external evaluators.

Responsibilities include project management, grant administration, budget oversight, data collection, and vendor coordination to ensure timely progress and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in project management, grant administration, higher education administration, student success initiatives, or a related field.
• Experience with federal grant administration, compliance, reporting, and budget management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant activities across departments and divisions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules.
• Monitor progress toward project goals and prepare status reports for project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, grant conditions, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor procurement activities and vendor contracts to ensure compliance.
