Concordia College seeks a Project Coordinator to manage the Title III SIP grant and related academic initiatives. You will coordinate across Academic Affairs, campus and external partners, ensuring timelines, budgets and reporting meet federal requirements.

The role emphasizes organizing project plans, monitoring progress, and communicating with diverse stakeholders to drive student success and institutional capacity building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional experience in project coordination or grants administration.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience monitoring budgets, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of federally funded grants and compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the Title III SIP grant and related initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and performance indicators.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate follow-up with leaders.
• Organize meetings and maintain clear records, action items, and communications.
