Job summary

Northeast Finance Center is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist to analyze and process vehicle title and registration documents in our on-site Ramsey, NJ office. You will resolve title issues for vehicles in both purchase and sale contexts and communicate with customers via chat, phone, and email.

Applicants should have 1+ year dealership experience, notary knowledge is a plus, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dealership registration processing.
• Notary helpful.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inbound and outbound vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy and submit to the appropriate government agencies.
• Resolve title issues for vehicles sold/purchased aged beyond 15 or 30 days.
• Communicate with customers by chat, phone, and email to resolve registration/title issues and answer questions about purchase paperwork.
• Work with government personnel to resolve registration or title discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal teams to correct issues identified during the purchase or sale process.
• Meet company benchmarks for accuracy, cure rates, and efficiency.
