MFA Petroleum Company seeks a Big O Tire Store Manager to lead a Missouri location, drive sales and profitability, train staff, maintain facility standards, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will handle daily customer interactions, supervise a team, and execute at 100% service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and ability to manage diverse operations while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales or tire/automotive leadership.
• Ability to obtain state Vehicle Inspection license within one year.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use standard office software.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends and varied hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop and management.
• Ensure prompt opening and closing of location based on operating hours.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products.
• Staff the store, implement training, and execute company programs.
• Supervise employees, provide direction, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review store policies, procedures, and product information changes in meetings.
• Review profit and loss statements and manage payroll projections and reconciliations.
• Maintain inventories, assets, and timely ordering and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, and company policies.
