Job summary

MFA Oil is seeking a Big O Store Manager to lead a Big O Tire Store in Missouri, overseeing operations, profitability, and team development. You will ensure high service standards and handle daily customer interactions, scheduling, training, and policy compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, retail or automotive experience, cash handling, inventory control, and the ability to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales or tire/automotive industries with leadership.
• Ability to obtain state Motor Vehicle Inspection license within one year of hire.
• Proficient with computers and learning new systems.
• Able to work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop and management.
• Ensure prompt opening and closing of location based on hours of operation.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products to customers.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel, train employees, and implement programs.
• Review profit and loss statements, payroll projections, and inventory.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits and approvals for purchases.
• Maintain store appearance to Big O Tires standards and safety requirements.
