Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with customers and staff to deliver positive experiences.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the location per store hours.
• Perform store operations including customer service, sales, and office duties.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products.
• Assist in training and execution of company programs and policies.
• Guide staff in resolving customer questions and concerns.
• Assist with financial aspects and inventory management as directed by Store Manager.
• Participate in weekly meetings to review safety, policies, and product changes.
