Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail automotive management or similar leadership roles.
• Ability to obtain state vehicle inspection license within one year of hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop, and management.
• Ensure prompt opening and closing of location according to store hours.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products to customers.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel and implement training programs.
• Supervise employees, provide direction, and manage performance.
