Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail or automotive leadership, business management, financial, and/or mechanical roles.
• Ability to obtain state vehicle inspection license within one year of hire.
• Strong computer and office machinery skills.
• Fluent English communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all store operations including sales, office, shop and management, ensuring functions run smoothly.
• Open and close the location reliably according to hours of operation.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of products and services to customers.
• Staff store with adequate personnel and execute company programs and policies.
• Supervise employees, provide direction, training, and performance evaluations.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and participate in weekly safety and policy meetings.
• Monitor budgets, gross profit, expenses and payroll objectives to hit targets.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations and supplier payments for discounts.
• Maintain facility appearance, inventory accuracy, and asset protection.
• Ensure accurate time entry, schedules, and compliance with PPE regulations.
• Foster teamwork with a strong safety and customer-first culture.
