Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineering Retrofits & Strategy Manager to lead a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers within our Global Electrical Engineering organization. You will own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of complex retrofit programs across Amazon's logistic network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk) experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers delivering large-scale retrofit programs.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of retrofit programs for low and medium voltage systems across North America.
• Manage program economics, budgeting, funding, and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support up to 4–5 times per year and travel up to 30%.
