Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager and drive process and automation improvements impacting the broader team.
• Set up, lead and continuously improve the Supply and Operational Execution (S&OE) delivery capabilities across multiple product/platform service teams.
• Prepare and give detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on dependability, reliability for customers.
• Develop new analytical models for supply chain solutions.
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery and manage escalations.
