Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee electrical power system upgrades across North American facilities. You will manage from concept through implementation, partnering with engineering firms and contractors to meet safety, reliability, and cost goals.

The role requires strong electrical power systems knowledge, experience with rocess design and construction, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing with electrical experience.
• Knowledge of switchgear, UPS, transformers, and circuit breakers.
• Knowledge of power system analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with infrastructure builds and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify sites and develop conceptual designs for LV/MV distribution upgrades.
• Partner with electrical firms and contractors to implement solutions compliant with standards.
• Perform project estimates and ROI calculations.
• Secure and oversee funding for projects.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel 50% to facilities across North America.
• Provide 3–4 weeks of on-call electrical engineering support annually.
