Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Retrofits & Strategy Manager to lead a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers. This role owns strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of complex retrofit programs and quality mechanisms across Amazon's logistic network.

Travel up to 30%, relocation assistance may be provided, and collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to deliver on-time, within budget, and to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• 4+ years of project management experience in complex programs; leading teams and coordinating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: manage, mentor, and grow a team of TIPM Electrical Engineers to deliver electrical infrastructure programs at scale.
• Electrical Distribution Retrofits: own end-to-end lifecycle of retrofit programs for low and medium voltage systems across North America; manage partners and budgets.
• Program Economics & Stakeholder Communication: support budgeting, ROI calculations, funding, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• On-Call & Travel: travel up to 30% and provide 24x7 response to network electrical needs.
