Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee the installation and upgrade of electrical power systems at North American facilities. You will manage full lifecycle upgrades from concept through implementation, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of electrical power systems, project management, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, UPS, transformers, and circuit breakers.

Responsibilities

• Identify sites and develop conceptual designs for low and medium voltage upgrades.
• Partner with external firms and contractors to implement compliant solutions.
• Perform project estimates and ROI calculations; secure funding.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% to facilities across North America; provide 24/7 on-call support.
