Job summary

Massanutten Resort is hiring a Timeshare Reservationist to serve as a customer service specialist for our timeshare owners, handling entitlements and reservation confirmations. You will also provide general information about accommodations to guests.

Required skills include excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and prior customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications is expected. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Summary

Timeshare Reservationist serve as customer service specialist to our Timeshare owners with regards to entitlements and confirming reservations. Reservationists also provide general information about accommodations to our 3 party guests.

Required

• Resort/hotel reservations experience and or call center customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job-Type: Full-Time

Typical Schedule

Days

Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday

Hours

9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

Compensation

• Pay: $15.00/Hour

Core Responsibilities

• Assist owners over the phone in complete reservation requests

• Other duties as assigned by management
