Job summary

Massanutten Resort is hiring a Timeshare Reservationist to serve as a customer service specialist for our timeshare owners, handling entitlements and reservation confirmations. You will also provide general information about accommodations to guests.

Required skills include excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and prior customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications is expected. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist owners over the phone in complete reservation requests.
• Assist owners and guests with general accommodation inquiries.
