Job summary

Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, VA is seeking a Timeshare Reservationist to provide exceptional customer service for our timeshare owners and guests. This full-time role focuses on confirming reservations and answering inquiries from 3rd party guests.

Requirements include excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and solid computer skills including Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Description

Job Summary

Timeshare Reservationist serve as customer service specialist to our Timeshare owners with regards to entitlements and confirming reservations. Reservationists also provide general information about accommodations to our 3 party guests.

Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and general database applications

Preferred

• Resort/hotel reservations experience and or call center customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job-Type: Full-Time

Typical Schedule

Days:

Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday

Hours:

9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Compensation

• Pay: $15.00/Hour
