Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Timekeeping System SME to serve as the primary contact for employees and managers using the timekeeping platform. You will ensure accurate time entry, support payroll processes, and collaborate with HR and Payroll to drive process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, auditing, and training skills to maintain system integrity and regulatory compliance across multiple regions. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business, computer systems, or similar.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies.
• 1+ year or more experience with timekeeping systems is a plus.
• Understanding of HR's role in business and day-to-day activities.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll inter-relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating timekeeping systems, including system navigation and payroll disputes.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance in timekeeping.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Update and distribute training materials for evolving system needs.
• Ensure new users receive timely access and training.
• Complete proxy setups to avoid disruptions during absences.
• Resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Monitor system reports for data integrity and discrepancies.
