Job summary

Therma, a Legence company, is seeking a timekeeper to ensure accurate recording of employee hours and to support payroll deadlines. You will assist employees with time entry, resolve issues, and maintain timekeeping records across systems.

Strong communication and confidentiality are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating with Payroll, HR, and managers, generating reports, and driving system improvements while upholding policy and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with timekeeping, payroll, or workforce management systems preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based timekeeping/payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service regarding timekeeping processes and questions.
• Assist employees with entering work hours and resolving time entry issues.
• Assist with timesheet corrections and adjustments.
• Ensure timekeeping records comply with policies and labor laws.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate submissions and deadlines.
• Support process improvements related to timekeeping operations.
