Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Katy, Texas, seeks a Timekeeper to anchor payroll accuracy and time tracking for diverse projects. You’ll balance timecards, support new hire setup, and prepare routine payroll reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Co-op timekeeping or payroll experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Inputs and balances timecards accurately.
• Assists with new hire orientations and reviewing documentation.
• Sets up new hires in PCL systems and sends new hire packages to head office.
• Files and organizes all project payroll files.
• Ensures confidentiality of payroll information.
• Prepares and runs daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
