Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a logistics professional to manage time-critical shipments, coordinating air, ground, and expedited freight. You will provide real-time tracking, pro-active updates, and close collaboration with airlines, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics with 3+ years of experience in time-sensitive roles and familiarity with NFO, OBC, AOG shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in time-sensitive logistics, freight forwarding, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with NFO (Next Flight Out), OBC (On-Board Courier), and AOG shipments.
• Familiarity with hazmat or temperature-controlled logistics.
• Multilingual abilities a plus for international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee time-critical shipments (air, ground, expedited freight).
• Provide real-time tracking and proactive updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and logistics partners for on-time delivery.
• Minimize transfers by routing shipments straight from pickup to delivery.
• Develop contingency plans for delays and resolve transport-related issues.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to meet client demands.
• Negotiate pricing and service levels with carriers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
• Analyze performance data and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent shipments when required.
