Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking an experienced Air Freight & Time-Critical Logistics Specialist to manage domestic air freight, Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments, and other time-sensitive transportation requirements.

This role requires someone who can make quick, informed routing decisions, communicate effectively with commercial airlines and airport personnel, and coordinate highly time-sensitive shipments from pickup through final delivery, including sensitive shipments under TSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. airports and airport codes.
• Understands domestic air freight operations.
• Comfortable handling sensitive shipments (e.g., small medical devices, human organs for transplant).
• Able to make quick, informed routing decisions.
• Excellent communication with airlines and airport personnel.
